Job summary

Endeavor Health invites applications for an RN - ICU in Highland Park, IL. This full-time night shift (7pm–7:30am) position offers 36 hours per week with rotating weekends and requires an IL nursing license, BSN preferred, and BLS/CPR certification.

The role focuses on comprehensive patient care, adherence to nursing processes, and maintaining regulatory compliance while guiding unlicensed staff and ensuring high-quality patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Current IL nursing license required.
• BSN degree preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Minimum 1 year hospital nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department.
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice.
• Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care.
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience.
