OhioHealth Corporation seeks a Registered Nurse for the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) 1 in Ohio. The role involves providing professional nursing care to patients, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care, and delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff.

Shift is night, with 36 hours per week in a High Reliability Organization environment. The RN must hold an Ohio RN license (or a multi-state compact), and BLS certification; BSN is referenced in terms of experience expectations.

Qualificações

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or current Registered Nurse license in good standing with a multi-state compact state.
• BLS certification

Responsabilidades

• Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and/or individual (30%).
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - Documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes appropriate to patient needs (30%).
• Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and achievement of outcomes at intervals; revises plan of care with the multidisciplinary team (20%).
• Leadership - Participates in process improvement to improve clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance (10%).
• Operations - Focus on safety, quality and efficiency in performing duties as an HRO.
