Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a registered nurse to provide general nursing care for patients and families across the health illness continuum. You will work within the Intensive Care Unit 2, collaborating with the care team and following Ohio Board of Nursing standards.

Responsibilities include assessments, planning, implementing, and evaluating care, with leadership in safety, quality, and efficiency as part of a High Reliability Organization framework.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing required.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association required.
• RN license in the state of Ohio required.
• Strong assessment and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing health status assessments.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to achieve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care quality and safety.
• Participate in process improvement activities to enhance clinical quality and efficiency.
