Job summary

Parkland Health in Dallas invites an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Night Shift on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate has more than 2 years of RN experience and holds an active Texas RN license; a BSN is preferred.

You will provide high-quality patient care, coordinate with the care team, and support patient transitions in a busy unit. You will care for adult ICU patients, participate in education and preceptorship, and rotate as Charge Nurse as needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, valid Registered Nurse license in Texas.
• BSN degree is preferred for this role.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience, ideally in acute care.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for patients, coordinate care, and educate patients and families.
• Perform patient assessments, recognize changes, and implement orders promptly.
