Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of ICU RN experience required.
• BSN degree required.
• Current Texas RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• PALS/NRP/ACLS certifications required; PACES 180 days as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in critical care settings (ICU/ED).
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient encounters accurately in the EMR (EPIC).
• Ensure safety, infection control, and patient rights are upheld.
• Provide education to patients and families and support care coordination.
