Job summary

Orlando Health Dr. P. Phillips in Orlando, FL seeks an experienced Registered Nurse, Advanced Care in ICU.

This role covers three 12-hour nights per week with rotating weekends, in a 16-bed adult ICU serving complex cases. You will join a team of dedicated professionals, hold Florida RN licensure, BLS, ACLS/NRP/PALS/TNCC as required, and provide high-level critical care and continuous patient monitoring. Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Meets all mandatory, developmental, and performance competency requirements for Orlando Health and unit/department.
• Maintains current Florida RN licensure or NLC and BLS.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates critical knowledge and judgement for complex assessment and therapies.
• Monitors and interprets intracranial pressures and cardiac rhythms per protocol.
• Responds to life-saving situations and engages in evidence-based patient care.
• Develops an individualized care plan and evaluates progress.
• Collaborates with a diverse team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
