Job summary

Mercy is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for the Med Surg ICU to oversee planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of operations and patient care in designated areas. This role serves as a clinical resource for staff and patients and may function as staff nurse as needed, with managerial duties delegated by a manager.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the hiring state or a compact license.
• BLS certification (or completion within 30 days of hire).
• Minimum 2 years of patient-care experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred; supervisor experience preferred.
