Job summary

Mercy is seeking an RN Supervisor for Med Surg ICU on FT Nights. You will assist in planning, coordinating, implementing and evaluating patient care, and serve as a clinical resource for staff and patients.

Responsibilities include acting as a staff nurse when needed and taking on managerial duties delegated by a manager; BLS required, 2 years of care experience, and nursing program graduate. Mercy offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have RN license in the hiring state and meet nursing board requirements.
• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• 2 years of patient care experience required.
• Supervisor experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of patient care in designated areas.
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff and patients.
• Functions as staff nurse in the department when needed.
• Assume managerial duties delegated by a manager.
