Qualifications

• Licensed, certified Physician Assistant in Texas.
• 1 year of Critical Care/Acute Care experience preferred; new graduates welcome.
• Ability to perform central lines, arterial lines, and intubations as appropriate within scope.

Responsibilities

• Perform inpatient rounding and new/established patient evaluations.
• Manage hospital admissions and discharges; coordinate with ICU team and physicians.
• Provide consults to hospital services and ED; assist with pre- and post-operative care.
• Offer patient and family counseling on treatment plans and medications.
