Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is hiring an NP Intensivist for our 7 on/7 off ICU rotation in Texas. The role emphasizes high-acuity inpatient care with round-based patient management, central/arterial line procedures, and close physician collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must hold an NP license in Texas and national NP certification.
• RN license in Texas or compact state.
• ACLS and BLS within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient rounding and manage 12 patients per shift.
• Perform central lines, arterial lines, and intubations as scope allows.
• Collaborate with physicians for admissions/discharges and hospital/ED consults.
