Aurora Health Care WI Float Pool seeks an experienced ICU RN to provide adaptable, high‑quality nursing care across multiple Wisconsin hospitals and units, based on organizational need. You will float to diverse environments, coordinate care, lead safety initiatives, and ensure excellent patient experiences, with weekend and holiday coverage as required.

Qualifications

• Accredited nursing program completion mandatory.
• RN license issued by state of practice required.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers (American Heart Association) required.
• Minimum 1 year ICU RN experience; 2 years preferred.
• Weekend shifts: 4 per 6-week schedule, Friday 1900– Monday 0700.
• 2 Holidays per year.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care per standards and procedures.
• Float to multiple care environments within designated Zone and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Lead efforts to support safe patient environment and best patient experience.
• Coordinate care for diverse patient populations across acute-care, outpatient, and clinics.
• Maintain competency to practice in all acute-care facilities within the zone.
