Aurora Health, now part of Advocate Health, is seeking a Float RN to support ICU care across Wisconsin. This role delivers adaptable, high-quality nursing care in multiple hospitals and units based on organizational need.

Qualifications include an accredited nursing program, active RN license (multistate or single-state), BLS, ACLS, and at least 2 years ICU experience. Weekend shifts and holidays are required. The team prioritizes safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license with multi-state compact and/or single-state privileges.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers (American Heart Association).
• ACLS experience or certification preferred.
• Typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Responsabilités

• Engage in unit governance, quality initiatives, and evidence-based practice.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care across ICU settings.
• Monitor patient conditions, adjust care plans, and communicate with the care team.
• Document accurately in electronic health records and ensure safety.
• May float to other units within the service area as needed.
