Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking a Resource Float Pool RN to support our ICU services. You will float between CVICU, SICU, and MICU, delivering critical care to severely ill patients and coordinating with an interdisciplinary team.

Requirements include Ohio RN licensure with BLS/ACLS, and commitment to continuous professional development within a compassionate, patient- and family-centered care model.

Qualifications

• Experience in caring for critically ill patients in ICU settings.
• Ability to float between CVICU, SICU and MICU as needed.
• Strong teamwork and evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to critically ill ICU patients across multiple units.
• Collaborate with healthcare team and communicate patient status.
• Adhere to ANA scope of practice and hospital policies.
• Support discharge planning and family education.
• Maintain documentation in electronic medical record.
