Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking an experienced Resource Float Pool RN to support ICU service lines across CVICU, SICU, and MICU. The role requires comfort floating between ICU environments and caring for critically ill patients.

Candidates should be proficient in nursing assessments, interdisciplinary collaboration, and adherence to ANA standards. Ohio RN license, BLS, ACLS within 6 months, and BSN within 5 years of hire are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold Ohio RN license.
• BSN within 5 years of hire (for those hired after 2010).
• ACLS certification within 6 months for step-down/ICU areas.
• BLS certification required prior to patient contact.

Responsibilities

• Supports ICU service lines and floats between ICU environments.
• Performs holistic patient assessments and plans care with the care team.
• Delivers evidence-based nursing care and maintains patient safety.
