The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking a Resource Float Pool RN to support our ICU service lines. Candidates should have experience caring for critically ill patients and be comfortable floating between multiple ICU environments.

Resource Float Pool RNs may also be asked to support other areas throughout the hospital based on patient care and staffing needs. The Christ Hospital has three ICU specialties at our main Auburn Avenue campus, each offering unique patient populations and

Qualifications

• Current Ohio RN license.
• Experience caring for critically ill patients.
• Comfortable floating between ICU environments (CVICU/SICU/MICU).
• BLS certified; ACLS within 6 months of hire.
• BSN or higher not required but may be pursued.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care to critically ill patients in ICUs using the nursing process.
• Float between CVICU, SICU and MICU as staffing needs require.
• Collaborate with ICU team and communicate via SBAR/handoffs.
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety, and infection control standards.
