Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Staff Nurse for the Critical Care Float Pool. The role requires providing patient care across departments, responding to emergencies, and leading rapid responses and code events.

The position requires a BSN, MA RN licensure, BLS, ACLS within orientation, and 2–3 years ICU experience preferred. Schedule: 36 Nights, every 3rd weekend and holiday commitment. Onsite at 1153 Centre Street, Jamaica Plain.

Qualifications

• BSN is required.
• Current licensure in Massachusetts as a registered nurse is required.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of ICU experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required or must obtain ACLS by end of orientation.
• Adheres to all I C.A.R.E. standards.
• Evidence of analytic thinking to care for a group of patients.
• Demonstrates observational skills and ability to set priorities.
• Ability to function under stress with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to apply hospital standards in service, teamwork, communication, respect for others, and time/priority management.
