Job summary

Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Med Surg Float Pool to provide patient care across units. You will float to different patient populations, delivering high-quality nursing care and applying the Patient and Family Centered Care model.

The role requires a BSN and Massachusetts RN licensure, with 1–2 years ICU experience and BLS certification. Onsite night shifts offer weekend incentives and professional growth opportunities in a Magnet-designated teaching

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Massachusetts Registered Nurse Licensure required.
• 1-2 years ICU experience required.
• ED experience preferred.
• BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers required.
• Membership in a professional nursing organization preferred.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to set priorities and observe effectively.

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide patient care for assigned patients.
