Mass General Brigham is seeking a Staff Nurse for Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital in Boston. The role is a Critical Care Float Pool RN, responsible for planning and delivering patient care with a focus on high-acuity cases, and leading emergency responses in multiple departments.

Requirements include a BSN, MA RN licensure, 2–3 years ICU experience preferred, and BLS/ACLS certifications. The position includes 36 night shifts and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• BSN is required and MA RN licensure is required.
• Minimum 2-3 years ICU experience preferred.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification required or obtained by orientation.
• Adheres to IC.A.R.E. standards and demonstrates clinical decision making.
• Strong communication, prioritization and ability to work under stress.

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide patient care for assigned ICU patients in a Float Pool role.
• Lead emergency responses (Rapid Response, Code Blue, Code Stroke) as needed.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure patient-centered care and safety.
• Respond to emergencies across departments and maintain nursing standards.
