The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking a Resource Float Pool RN to support our ICUs, including CVICU, SICU, and MICU at our main Auburn Avenue campus. Candidates should have experience with critically ill patients and be comfortable floating between ICU environments.

RNs may also support other hospital areas as staffing requires. The role emphasizes teamwork, evidence-based practice, and strong interdisciplinary collaboration in a state-of-the-art critical care setting.

Qualifikationen

• Current Ohio RN license is required.
• BSN is preferred or must be pursued within five years of hire.
• BLS is required prior to patient contact; ACLS within six months for certain ICU areas.

• Assess patient needs holistically and develop an individualized plan of care.
• Perform and delegate nursing actions based on physician orders with accountability.
• Provide ongoing education to patients and families in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
• Respond to emergencies with prompt, precise actions to ensure patient safety.
• Document care accurately in the electronic medical record and ensure effective handoffs.
