The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking an experienced Resource Float Pool RN to support ICU services across CVICU, SICU and MICU. Candidates should be comfortable floating between multiple ICU environments, performing assessments, and delivering high-acuity care to critically ill patients.

This role emphasizes teamwork, evidence-based practice, patient- and family-centered care, and flexible staffing to meet patient care needs throughout the hospital.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for critically ill patients in ICU settings.
• Comfort floating between CVICU, SICU and MICU.
• Ohio RN license and capable of rapid assessment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and respond to acute changes in critically ill patients.
• Float between ICU units as needed to cover staffing.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate using SBAR.
• Document care accurately in the EMR.
