The supervisor will provide direct and indirect patient care while guiding staff, collaborating with physicians, and ensuring high-quality outcomes. The position emphasizes disciplinary actions, staff hiring/terminations, and rapid communication about changes in patient condition.

Qualifikationen

• RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification.
• CCRN certification preferred (must obtain within 1 year).
• BSN preferred or enrolled in accredited program within one year of employment or transfer.

• Competent in the care of patients within the specialty area.
• Consults other departments/disciplines to provide an interdisciplinary approach to the patient's needs.
• Communicates appropriately and clearly to Nurse Director, co-workers and physicians.
• Maintains a good working relationship within the department and with other departments.
