Parkland Health in Dallas seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the ICU/CCU Central Staffing Office. This part-time night-shift position provides critically ill patient care within a multidisciplinary team, following established protocols and plans of care.

Ideal candidates hold Texas RN licensure (or compact), prefer a BSN, and have 2+ years ICU/CCU experience or an ICU residency/internship. ACLS/ALS and CPR are required; nurses may float as needed.

Formación

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Prefer Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Must have two years ICU/CCU experience; residency program and/or internship with ICU/CCU experience accepted.
• Must have current RN license in Texas or valid compact license; CPR required; ACLS/ALS certification required on hire or placement.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient-centered nursing care per the plan of care and standards.
• Perform continuous assessments and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Document accurately and timely in patient records.
• Mentor/precept new nursing staff and orient other team members.
• Float to units within skillset as needed and participate in handoffs.
