Job summary

You will mentor clinical staff, ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets, and partner with interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes and operational efficiency in a busy acute care setting.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Three years’ clinical experience in the same or similar clinical specialty.
• Two years in charge nurse or leadership role.
• Registered Nurse: WA license upon hire.
• Basic Life Support - CPR upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations and resources to ensure safe, cost-effective patient care in the assigned area.
• Lead and develop clinical and administrative staff in accordance with regulations and policies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality control across operations.
• Participate in annual budget planning and monitor staffing to meet objectives.
• Drive performance and quality improvement initiatives with on-site training.
• Contribute to short- and long-term planning for service line strategy.
