Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, comprehensive nursing care in Med/Surg and CVICU.
• Administer, oversee and document medications per policy.
• Perform critical assessments and implement care plans.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Prepare patients for discharge and coordinate post-discharge needs.
• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and patient-centered care.
