Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Level Degree in Nursing is required.
• VA RN License is required.
• 3 years of RN experience is required.
• 3 years of HC Management experience is required.
• ICU experience is strongly preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and provides clinical and technical expertise.
• Engages in process improvements and budgeting/revenue management for the department.
• Interviews, hires and develops team members; mentors staff and supports retention strategies.
