Job summary

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is seeking an RN to provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced setting in Washington state. You will perform assessments, implement care plans, and collaborate with a diverse care team to support patient recovery and ongoing wellness.

The role requires WA RN license, 1–2 years med/surg experience (or CC residency) and BLS; ACLS within 6 months is preferred. New grads with senior practicum in critical areas are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• WA RN license required at hire.
• 1-2 years med/surg experience; critical care residency or equivalent.
• New graduate with senior practicum in CC/ED/PACU and completion of CC residency.
• BLS CPR required at hire; ACLS within 6 months.
• Active WA nursing license upon hire or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, high-quality nursing care.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and implement care plans.
• Administer medications and document treatments per policy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain patient safety and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare patients for discharge and coordinate post-discharge needs.
