Job summary

Northwest Health is seeking a Manager for the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to oversee daily ICU operations and drive high-quality, patient-centered care. You will provide nursing leadership, staff development, and oversee operational efficiency and quality improvement initiatives.

In this role you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote patient satisfaction, employee engagement, and achievement of organizational goals in quality, safety, and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 4+ years of direct leadership experience is required; Master's degree preferred.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced leadership roles.
• 2-4 years of leadership experience in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises nursing care delivery in the ICU and ensures compliance with clinical standards.
• Leads performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
• Manages daily ICU operations including staffing and scheduling to meet goals.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to promote safety, quality and patient satisfaction.
• Analyzes data to identify trends and implement improvements in department performance.
