Qualifications

• RN license with Illinois registration is required.
• Typically requires 3 years of experience in a specialty area.
• Ability to assume charge/schedule coordinator role.
• Strong communication and teamwork with a diverse group.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Charge Nurse and assign patient and non-patient care safely.
• Maintain staffing requirements per policies and patient volume.
• Collaborate with physicians and management to ensure quality care.
• Contribute to unit goals through prioritization of duties.
• Ensure reporting of census, acuity, and staffing at set times.
