Advocate Condell Medical Center is seeking an Assistant Clinical Manager for the Intensive Care Unit to lead evening and overnight shifts. The role focuses on safe staffing, clinical oversight, and delivering high-quality patient care in a Level 1 Trauma environment.

You will work with physicians and administrators, promote patient safety, and participate in performance improvement while supporting staff development and education.

Formación

• Typically requires 3 years’ experience in the specialty area.
• CPR Illinois Licensed Professional RN Certification where applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Serves as Charge Nurse and manages staffing in the unit.
• Collaborates with physicians and management to ensure quality care and patient satisfaction.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and supports performance improvement initiatives.
• Provides coaching and mentorship to staff and participates in education.
