Job summary

Korn Ferry in Williamsburg, VA seeks an ICT Technician – Level 2 to serve as the primary on-site IT resource supporting the U.S. operation.

This hands-on, autonomous role covers second-line support, end-user services, endpoint management, networking, and cybersecurity initiatives, with coordination of external technology partners. The successful candidate will troubleshoot complex issues, manage multiple priorities, and own issues through resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or a related technical discipline.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration.
• Networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and Wi‑Fi.

Responsibilities

• Own second-line incident and service request management for U.S. users.
• Resolve complex hardware, software, connectivity, and access issues.
• Provide day-to-day support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams and external partners.
• Maintain ticket documentation and service delivery standards.
