Job summary

KSB, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Engineer II to join the modern IT infrastructure team in Richmond, VA. This role delivers hands-on Level 2 technical support across multiple locations, supporting Windows 11 workstations, Windows Server, and UniFi networking environments.

You will coordinate with a 3rd party service desk, assist with identity management via Okta, and contribute to cloud services with Microsoft 365. Regular regional onsite work and travel across North America are expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in IT support with Level 2 capabilities.
• Proficiency with Windows 11 and Windows Server environments.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP and network troubleshooting.
• Experience with Okta and Microsoft 365.
• Willingness to travel 25-30% across North America.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Escalation management for complex Level 2 tickets from the 3rd party desk.
• Onsite support at multiple facilities across North America.
• Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network issues.
• Configure and maintain UniFi network equipment and surveillance systems.
• Maintain documentation of configurations and resolutions.
• Provide user training on new systems and procedures.
