Target is seeking an Inventory Control & Quality Assurance (ICQA) Leader at our Distribution Center. You will oversee ICQA responsibilities, supervise a team, and drive root-cause analyses to improve inventory control and quality metrics.

You will lead kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating with multiple departments to optimize processes and support overall supply chain performance. A four-year degree or equivalent experience is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to navigate ICQA reporting and forms.
• Six-Sigma/Lean/Quality/CI experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee ICQA responsibilities and supervise a team within the operation.
• Identify gaps in inventory control and total quality and drive improvements.
