Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years in quality assurance or inventory control within a distribution center.
• 1+ year in a managerial role leading teams.
• Strong problem-solving, detail orientation and proactive improvement mindset.
• Familiar with warehouse operations and logistics software (WMS/ERP).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead ICQA team to ensure inventory accuracy and outbound quality.
• Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and error-proofing to reduce variation and waste.
• Collaborate with DC management on process improvements and KPI improvements.
• Perform root-cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
• Monitor KPIs like defects per million and inventory accuracy.
