Job summary

L'Oréal Dallas is seeking an ICQA Manager to lead Inventory Control and Quality Assurance for the distribution center. You will drive accuracy, governance, and process improvements while building a high-performing team and partnering with cross-functional groups to enhance reliability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include developing KPI frameworks, leading cycle counts, leveraging WMS/ERP data, and delivering data-driven insights to regional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Minimum 5 years in a distribution center, warehouse, or manufacturing setting.
• 2–3+ years in people leadership/management.
• Strong knowledge of WMS (Manhattan) and ERP systems (SAP).
• Proficient data analysis skills and advanced MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the site’s Inventory Control strategy to achieve best-in-class accuracy and location integrity.
• Design proactive inventory management mechanisms to identify risks and process failures.
• Establish KPI frameworks to monitor inventory health across all processes.
• Lead cycle count, audits, and reconciliation programs; drive corrective actions.
• Build KPI dashboards and use BI tools to provide real-time performance visibility.
• Coach ICQA leaders and associates to sustain a high-performing team.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive end-to-end process improvements.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methods to reduce waste and variability.
• Support system implementations and technology enhancements for inventory control.
