L'Oréal USA, Inc. is seeking an ICQA Manager to lead Inventory Control and Quality Assurance at the Dallas distribution center. This role focuses on accuracy, process compliance, and product quality while building scalable systems and a capable team.

You will drive data-driven decision making, develop leading indicators, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve reliability and customer experience. A strong leadership mindset and Lean/Six Sigma mindset are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in a distribution center, warehouse, or manufacturing environment with 2–3 years in leadership.
• Strong working knowledge of WMS (Manhattan) and ERP systems (SAP).
• Data analysis skills and advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, macros).
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Inventory Control and Quality Assurance strategies for the distribution center.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and product quality through data-driven decision-making.
• Build systems and routines to identify risks and drive corrective actions.
• Lead a high-performing ICQA team and cross-functional partnerships.
• Establish KPI frameworks and drive continuous improvement in governance.
