Job summary

Stord is seeking an Area Manager II for ICQA to oversee cycle counts, inventories, audits, and reconciliations at our Kentucky site. You will ensure SOPs and KPI tracking are followed and drive continuous improvement with the team.

You will lead ICQA leads and associates, develop talent, and support CAPA and audits. Flexibility for overtime and weekend work is required in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two to four years experience with WMS/inventory systems in a high-volume facility.
• Previous leadership experience and ability to manage ICQA teams.
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience required.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and data-entry skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all ICQA activities (cycle counts, inventories, audits, reconciliations) for the site.
• Ensure SOPs, KPI tracking, and corrective action processes are applied consistently.
• Review data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement with leadership.
• Lead and develop ICQA leads and associates; foster accountability.
• Support CAPA, audits, and inventory escalations; work overtime as needed.
