Responsibilities

• Inspect equipment for cleanliness and report deficiencies.
• Review daily ingredient requirements and notify supervisor of discrepancies.
• Review icing inventory for daily use and update accordingly.
• Scale ingredients per formulas and assist with batch sizing.
• Operate mixing and metering equipment as directed.
• Maintain batch records and track temperatures and gravities.
• Enter information into the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Follow GMPs and keep work areas clean and safe.
• Communicate with line lead to ensure icing supply.
