Job summary

Enterprise Solutions Inc. seeks an experienced iCIMS Reporting & Analytics Analyst to lead the design, development, and deployment of recruiting reports and dashboards across the Global Talent Acquisition organization.

You will partner with TA leaders supporting Corporate, Bangalore, and Store teams to inventory needs, prioritize work, and establish governance for consistent, accurate insights. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in HRIS/TA reporting and 3+ years in advanced iCIMS reporting,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HRIS or Talent Acquisition reporting experience
• 3+ years of advanced iCIMS reporting experience
• Demonstrated experience building complex reports and dashboards in iCIMS
• Experience gathering business requirements from non-technical stakeholders
• Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition operations and recruiting workflows
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, standardization, and deployment of recruiting reports and dashboards across Global Talent Acquisition
• Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders supporting Corporate, Bangalore, and Store recruiting teams to inventory reporting needs
• Prioritize work, build scalable reporting solutions within iCIMS, and establish reporting governance
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and ease of use in all reporting outputs
