MHMR of Tarrant County seeks an ICF Residential Home Manager to oversee MHMR’s ICF group homes, ensuring continuous in-house supervision 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The role focuses on direct care and residents’ well‑being, daily living skills, and community integration.

You will collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team to assess needs, develop training programs, and maintain a safe living environment while coaching Residential Trainers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of field experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Four years of experience in health or human services field.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License.
• Three years supervisory experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide in-house supervision across MHMR’s ICF residential homes 24/7.
• Support residents' daily living skills and community integration as part of the Interdisciplinary Team.
• Coach and role model for Residential Trainers; assess needs and develop training programs.

MHMR is looking for a passionate and dedicated ICF Residential Home Manager to join our team.
The Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF) Residential Home Manager offers support to MHMR’s ICF residential homes, ensuring continuous in-house supervision 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This position focuses on providing direct care, ensuring the well‑being of individuals in ICF group homes. They work as part of the Interdisciplinary Team to support residents' daily living skills and community integration. The manager assesses needs, develops training programs, and maintains a safe living environment. They also serve as a coach and role model while supervising Residential Trainers.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED
Preferences: Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
Substitution: Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience in the field and 1-year supervisory experience.
Years’ Experience: Four (4) years
Defined Experience: experience working in a health or human services field.
License/Certifications: Valid Texas Driver’s License
Supervisory Experience: Three (3) years supervisory experience
