Job summary

MHMR is seeking an ICF Residential Home Manager to oversee MHMR’s ICF residential homes, providing direct care and 24/7 supervision. You will work with the Interdisciplinary Team to support residents' daily living skills and community integration, while mentoring Residential Trainers and ensuring a safe living environment.

Minimum education is a High School Diploma/GED with four years of health or human services experience; a Bachelor's degree with relevant experience and supervisory background

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years in the field and 1 year supervisory experience is preferred.
• Four years of experience in health or human services is defined experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents in ICF group homes.
• Ensure 24/7 in-house supervision and safety of residents.
• Coach and supervise Residential Trainers; collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team.
• Assess resident needs, develop training plans, support community integration.
