Job summary
Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking an Icelandic Speaking Support Specialist to join our Sofia-based team. You will deliver omnichannel support to Icelandic-speaking customers, resolve inquiries, and maintain logs in the CRM.

Qualifications
- Icelandic native or fluent, written and spoken.
- Strong English for internal business operations.
- EU passport is mandatory.
- Experience in Customer Support is a plus.
Responsibilities

- Resolve complex inquiries while maintaining high service standards.
- Maintain logs of client interactions in the CRM system.
