Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Danish-speaking FinTech Customer Support Analyst to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria. You’ll handle Danish-speaking inquiries by phone, email, and chat, assist with account management and digital payments, and work with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Danish and good English
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Customer service experience is an advantage but not essential
