Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a food retail management role preferred.
• Prior experience managing a team required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Dexterity to prepare and serve guests per standards.
• Able to push/pull/lift 50 lbs regularly.
• Stand for extended periods of time.
• Walk up and down stairs regularly.
• Stand, bend and reach for prolonged periods.
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and staff at Seaport location.
• Schedule and assign stations; recruit, train and coach employees.
• Monitor sales targets, budgets, and labor to meet financial goals.
• Maintain excellent customer service and ensure inventory availability.
• Roll out new menu items and communicate changes to the team.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to standards.
