Qualifikationen

• ServSafe Manager Food handlers license required.
• 2+ years in a food retail management role preferred.
• Prior experience managing a team required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask.

Aufgaben

• Oversee store operations for assigned locations.
• Schedule and assign stations for staff; recruit and train employees.
• Coach, counsel, and evaluate staff performance.
• Monitor sales targets, budgets, and labor forecasting.
• Maintain customer service excellence and inventory control.
• Coordinate vendor communications and merchandise availability.
• Ensure a safe, clean environment for customers and employees.
• Roll out menu changes to the team and communicate them store-wide.
• Process weekly payroll accurately and on time.
• Enforce uniform standards and manage maintenance issues.
