Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Cincinnati seeks an Ice Cream Specialist (Dip Clerk) for part-time hours. Provide the five-star Hi Five Guest Experience, including making hand-dipped cones, shakes and sundaes, and assisting guests with a friendly attitude.

You will operate the POS and gas console, handle transactions, stock the dip cabinet, and maintain cleanliness and safety. Minimum age is 16; shifts may include 1st, 2nd or 3rd.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to count money and handle transactions accurately.
• Must be at least 16 years old to work at United Dairy Farmers.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience; greet Guests warmly and ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare shakes, cones, sundaes, sodas and hand-packed items.
• Operate POS system and gas console; process transactions accurately.
• Stock and rotate dip cabinet, milk box and displays; keep areas clean and presentable.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness; monitor store equipment and ice/DOT temperatures.
• Complete time records and other required reporting; assist with duties as assigned by Management.
