Job summary

ICD Holdings LLC is seeking friendly Ice Cream Scoopers to create memorable moments at our Parlor in St. Louis. You will greet guests, help with flavor selections, process sales, and keep the shop clean and inviting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or food service preferred.

• Ability to operate POS and handle basic math functions.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Greet guests, scoop, serve and engage with customers.
• Sales & Transactions: Process sales, returns, and exchanges using the POS system; upsell and promote loyalty programs.
• Store Operations: Restock shelves, arrange merchandise, set up displays, maintain cleanliness and assist with receiving shipments.
• Visual Merchandising: Keep the store visually appealing and well stocked.
• Loss Prevention: Follow safety and security policies to prevent theft.
• Assist with other tasks as needed.

POSITION SUMMARY

Ice Cream Scoopers (Purveyor of Yum), create magical and memorable moments in Parlor for all guests. Responsible for creating a positive guest experience by greeting guests, assisting with selection of handcrafted flavors and/or curated merchandise, answering questions, processing sales, and maintaining parlors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Guest Service: Scoop, serve and engage guests by greeting guests, answering inquiries about our decadent flavors and offering personalized recommendations. Provide consistent and correct scoop sizes.


• Sales & Transactions: Process sales, returns, and exchanges using the point of sale (POS) system. Promote sales, loyalty programs, and upselling techniques.


• Store Operations: Restock shelves, arrange merchandise, set up displays, maintain cleanliness, and perform inventory tasks such as receiving shipments.


• Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store is visually appealing, organized, and well-stocked.


• Loss Prevention: Follow safe work practices and security policies to prevent theft.


• Assist with other tasks as needed

Requirements
