Responsibilities

• Operate the cash register and POS system accurately.
• Process cash, credit card, and gift card transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the Parlor, including dining areas and floors.
• Wash and sanitize scoops, utensils, dishes, and equipment.
• Follow all food safety procedures.
• Restock cups, cones, toppings, napkins, and supplies throughout the shift.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and team coordination during busy periods.

We are looking for friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Ice Cream Parlor Clerks!

This is a fast-paced, hands-on position focused on providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving ice cream, sundaes, milkshakes, floats and other specialty desserts.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with a friendly and helpful attitude.

• Prepare and serve ice cream cones, sundaes, milkshakes, floats, and specialty desserts.

• Learn our ice cream flavors, toppings, and menu items to help customers with their selections.

• Follow established portion control, presentation, and quality standards.

• Keep ice cream cases, topping stations, counters, and serving areas clean, organized, and fully stocked.

• Operate the cash register and point-of-sale (POS) system accurately.

• Process cash, credit card, and gift card transactions.

• Maintain cleanliness throughout the Ice Cream Parlor, including counters, tables, dining areas, and floors.

• Wash and sanitize scoops, utensils, dishes, and food preparation equipment.

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and food-handling procedures.

• Restock cups, cones, toppings, napkins, and other supplies throughout the shift.

• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.

• Work together with team members to keep service running smoothly during busy periods.
