Job summary

Clementine’s Creamery in Bentonville is seeking friendly Ice Cream Scoopers to create memorable guest experiences by greeting guests, helping with flavor choices, and processing sales at the counter.

You will scoop, serve, and upsell, while maintaining clean, well-stocked parlors and engaging customers in a fast-paced environment. Flexible shifts including evenings and weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or food service experience preferred.
• Flexible work schedules including weekends, holidays, days, and evenings.
• Ability to operate POS system and perform basic math.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, scoop, serve and engage customers with recommended flavors.
• Process sales, returns, and exchanges using the POS system and promote loyalty programs.
• Restock shelves, merchandise, and maintain clean, organized displays.
• Assist with inventory tasks and receive shipments as needed.
• Follow safety policies to prevent loss and ensure a secure environment.

Our Ice Cream Scoopers (Purveyor of Yum), create magical and memorable moments in Parlor for all guests. Responsible for creating a positive guest experience by greeting guests, assisting with selection of handcrafted flavors and/or curated merchandise, answering questions, processing sales, and maintaining parlors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Scoop, serve and engage guests by greeting guests, answering inquiries about our decadent flavors and offering personalized recommendations. Provide consistent and correct scoop sizes.
• Sales & Transactions: Process sales, returns, and exchanges using the point of sale (POS) system. Promote sales, loyalty programs, and upselling techniques.
• Store Operations: Restock shelves, arrange merchandise, set up displays, maintain cleanliness, and perform inventory tasks such as receiving shipments.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store is visually appealing, organized, and well-stocked.
• Loss Prevention: Follow safe work practices and security policies to prevent theft.
• Assist with other tasks as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail or food service preferred
• Flexible work schedules including weekends, holidays, days, and evenings.
• Ability to operate POS
• Basic math skills

• Ability to stand, walk and lift moderate weights for extended periods
