Job summary

Clementine's Ice Cream in St. Louis is seeking a friendly Ice Cream Scooper to help create memorable guest experiences. You will greet guests, help them pick flavors, and process sales at the counter.

This Part-Time role offers hourly pay with tip eligibility. Availability nights and weekends is ideal, and prior retail or food service experience is preferred. You will stand, scoop, and keep the store inviting for every guest.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or food service preferred.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Scoop, serve and engage guests by greeting guests, answering inquiries about our decadent flavors and offering personalized recommendations. Provide consistent and correct scoop sizes.
• Sales & Transactions: Process sales, returns, and exchanges using the point of sale (POS) system. Promote sales, loyalty programs, and upselling techniques.
• Store Operations: Restock shelves, arrange merchandise, set up displays, maintain cleanliness, and perform inventory tasks such as receiving shipments.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store is visually appealing, organized, and well-stocked.
• Loss Prevention: Follow safe work practices and security policies to prevent theft.
• Assist with other tasks as needed

Requirements
