Job summary

FMC Ice Sports, the largest operator of public ice arenas in Massachusetts, seeks a Facility Operator. You will perform routine maintenance, operate ice resurfacer, and ensure clean, safe facilities for patrons. Training is provided; hours include nights, weekends and some holidays to meet arena needs.

No prior rink experience is required as FMC will train new hires. Candidates should be 21+, with a valid driver’s license and strong customer-service mindset, ready to adapt to seasonal schedules.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid Driver's License.
• Strong communication and written skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and secure the facility.
• Make and maintain ice surface and arena facilities.
• Ensure facilities are cleaned regularly.
• Demonstrate commitment to outstanding customer service for internal and external customers.
